Google User Data & Restricted Scopes

mercantis.ai asks for your permission to use the Google API send mail scope for the sole purpose of enabling you to send quotation request emails to suppliers directly from our platform. We store and process the email drafts you create or generate using our AI within the mercantis.ai platform. This includes email subjects, body content, and recipient information necessary to provide our quotation management service. However, we do NOT access, read, or analyze any existing emails in your Gmail inbox or account - we only use the gmail.send permission to send the specific messages you have drafted and approved within our interface. mercantis.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train AI and/or ML models. We do NOT transfer Google user data to third parties for ANY of the following purposes: targeted advertising, personalized advertisements, retargeted advertisements, or interest-based advertisements; selling to data brokers or providing to information resellers; determining credit-worthiness or credit scoring; lending purposes; user advertisements; market research or serving ads. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google data to any third party under any circumstances.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all your data directly on your account page or contact us to exercise these rights.
