Your Obligations

You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, not to reverse engineer it, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all content you submit or upload.

Limitation of Liability

mercantis.ai acts exclusively as an information technology provider. We are NOT a party, representative, broker, or guarantor of any negotiations or transactions between users and suppliers. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) any commercial relationship is strictly between you and the supplier; (ii) mercantis.ai does not verify the existence, legal standing, financial capability, or quality of suppliers; (iii) we have no control over prices, delivery, or product compliance. mercantis.ai is released from any liability for disputes, losses, fraud, or failures arising from interactions with suppliers found on the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
